Earlier this evening, I was at my grandma’s house
sitting in a room watching my newly purchased blu-ray edition of Divergent (which I’ve
watched 6 times today!) Then my younger sister knocked on the door and told me
that a package arrived from the FedEx guy, handing it to me.
In that moment, I knew it was THE package. The finished copy of Untouchable!
FYI, for those who don’t know, writers tend to
get their own books early because, well…you know.
So anyway, after struggling to cut away the
straps from the box with a nail file, and ripping through the inside protective
layers with my own fingernails, I found…
The finished copy of Untouchable!
Here it is with its big brother:
And another with them showing their spines
(Ohhhh!)
And as if teasing you guys isn’t enough, I’ll
just show you the back cover.
You can’t tell you guys how surreal this experience has
been writing these books, from last year when i was holding the first book in my
hands and later releasing the book and the readers' reaction to it, to now having the
second book in my hands and waiting once again to see how they respond to it. I’ll
probably go more into detail with this leading into the release of the book, but at
the moment, I’m the happiest guy in the world, witnessing my dreams coming
true.
Just four more weeks!
